Who We Are
MAPCW is a professional network of women of color who mentor, empower, and invest in one another. MAPCW is guided by the mantra of the "3P Principle", PASSION in sisterhood, POWER in God, and PROFESSIONALISM in all we do". We are executives, clergy, mothers, teachers, doctors, students, lawyers, leaders, public servants, therapist, wives, and more. MAPCW is the authentic, faith based hub of connection among women of color.

Why MAPCW?
Mentoring and connection is not only crucial for career growth and advancement, but remains to be impactful for personal wellness.
Women of color continue to have far less mentoring opportunities than men within the public and private sector. Mentoring among leads to survival, elevation and legacy-building. And it’s something Black women have been doing informally for generations—braiding wisdom into hair appointments, passing strength across kitchen tables, and creating community in places where institutions often failed to see or support them.
